As with any event, the earlier you arrive, the smoother everything will go.  In my personal experience, I like to arrive about 60 minutes before the first pitch.  Doing so gives me plenty of time to park in the Chase Field garage and find my seats.

The concourses at Chase Field are wide and generally easy to maneuver within, even when crowded.  Several concession areas throughout the main concourses have lowered counters which makes ordering food and beverages much easier.

Chase field is quite expansive so if you don’t normally use a wheelchair but have one for long distances, I’d suggest using it.

As far as seating is concerned, there are accessible seats for every price point.  You really can’t go wrong.  Remember, as with all seats, the better the seats, the more they’ll cost.  Do not buy the cheapest accessible seats and ask for an upgrade without expecting to pay the difference in the ticket price. This includes standard seats too.

Parking information:  Chase Field features an attached 1,500-car garage just south of the ballpark on 4th Street. The garage has 31 parking spaces designated for vehicles displaying a valid disabled plate or placard. Each garage entrance is accessible to high-profile vehicles and the parking is connected to accessible routes to the ticket windows and building entrances.

All parking, including accessible parking, is on a first-come/first-serve basis. Depending on demand, some parking garages can only accept special parking passes.

For your convenience, if the accessible parking in the Chase Field or Jefferson Street garage is full, a sign such as shown below will be posted on the parking garage booth and outside before you enter the garage. This is for your convenience so you can easily determine if you need to seek out another garage.

      ASK Program

The Accessible Seating Klub was developed to help meet the specific seating needs of individuals with mobility disabilities (or need accessible seating due to health conditions) at both Chase Field and Talking Stick Resort Arena.

Membership is FREE but not required to purchase tickets.

      • Reduced fees on Diamondbacks tickets or Talking Stick Resort Arena events.
      • Access to exclusive pre-sale purchase opportunities

The A.S.K. program applies specifically to Diamondbacks games at Chase Field. You will find a number of accessible seating options at various levels and locations throughout the facility. Accessible and/or family restrooms and elevators are strategically placed throughout Chase Field. Seats that do not require maneuvering stairs and aisle seats are also available throughout the stadium. For Diamondbacks games, if a member cannot use their tickets, they may be exchanged for standard seats for the same game and given away or sold. They can also be exchanged for accessible seats to another game, based on availability.

      Drop-Off Lot for Chase Field

The designated drop-off point for all guests is located on the south side of Jefferson Street, just west of 7th Street. This is at the northeast corner of Chase Field near Gate K. There are shaded benches available for guests who need to wait for a companion to pick them up.

Bus Stops and Light Rail Stations – All are on accessible routes to and from the ballpark.

Chase is VERY accommodating as well as accessible for ALL who attend. Plenty of accessible seats available for events. The staff/team are top notch IMHO. Outfield seating is awesome as they have tables for your drinks, etc. Clear view of the field also.
