      • All of the accessible seats are outstanding. You can’t go wrong wherever you sit but remember, as with all seats, the better the seats, the more they’ll cost.

      • Don’t buy the cheapest accessible seats and ask for an upgrade without expecting to pay the difference in the ticket price. This includes standard seats too.

      • “Guest Relations” is located on the first floor, around the corner from the ticket window. Arrive early, scope out the situation and let them help you resolve any challenges that may arise.  Prior to your visit feel free to contact Nanette Bowles at 602.379.7815 or [email protected]. Patrons with hearing difficulties can speak with Ms. Bowles via videophone at: 623.208.7722.

A Closer Look at Talking Stick Resort Arena:

      • There are 31 Accessible parking spaces in the Talking Stick Resort Arena Garage. All of these are “Van accessible” meaning they’re 11ft. wide with a 5ft. access aisle. These are on a first-come, first-served basis and there is always a high demand so prepare to come early.

      • Wheelchair accessible seating is offered at all price points on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased by calling 602.379.7800. Follow the prompts for accessible seating.

      • A note about accessible seat relocation – In the event a guest has tickets for standard seating and requires accessible seating for a particular game or event, the guest must contact Guest Relations to arrange for relocation into accessible seating. As accessible seating is limited, advanced notice is preferred in order for Guest Relations to accommodate guests with disabilities. Day of game tick exchanges are on a first-come, first-served basis. Any price increase resulting from seating relocations will be the responsibility of the guest. For more information please contact Guest Relations at 602.379.2060.

During large events the concourse can be quite an adventure to say the least. It’s narrow and when really busy can be a challenge to navigate but it quite doable- you just have to be loud and assertive without being obnoxious. Most people are courteous and friendly. Not a bad seat in the whole place, really. If you can afford the tickets, splurge and get court side seats. They’re AMAZING! Friendly staff to help you get to your seats, you’re up close to the action! and ya get free food, too, with the court side seating.

It’s great they have so much accessible parking and if it’s full, there are a lot of other garages nearby that also offer accessible options. There are auto door openers to get in and the staff is just so friendly. There are great seats on every level!
