Kimpton River Place is an expensive but very well appointed hotel in downtown Portland right on the Willamette River. My wife and I stayed in a very accessible room (Room 223) and very much enjoyed it.
The hotel offers valet parking which is always a plus. It is $35/night to valet park your car.
The main entrance is a little bit tricky in that you have to go around the side of the building a bit in order to get to the accessible ramp.
The room itself was fantastic. The door to the room was easy to open. The closet had a nice low bar for hanging clothes that was reachable from my chair.
The bathroom had a true zero entry roll-in shower with virtually no lip whatsoever. There was plenty of room to maneuver including room to roll under the sink. There were plenty of grab bars to hold onto.
The bed was a good height and the nightstand had lots of outlets for charging which is handy. The bed was a good height for transferring to.
My only minor gripe with the room was that it was a bit small. Someone in a power chair might have a bit more trouble moving around in the room. Also, there was a large circular table in the corner that seemed to take up a lot more room than it needed to. If at all possible I would recommend removing that table in favor of smaller square one.
