    1. steven3 Chuy's

Overall I would consider Chuy’s a fairly accessible restaurant. It is very easy to access the parking lot from the road and the parking lot is clearly marked with a huge sign that says Chuy’s. There are five accessible spots, three of which are van accessible. The parking lot was full but every single accessible spot was open. The parking lot and accessible spots are directly in front of the building entrance. There are many lights that keep the parking lot bright enough to navigate safely. There is no valet parking available. There are no ramps or steps at the entrance, so it is a flat entry. The doors don’t have automatic openers but they are very wide and easily accessible if someone holds the door for you. The dining area was fairly narrow and would be difficult for a power chair to navigate comfortably. The seating consisted of many booths, high top tables and very few normal tables in the middle of the restaurant. The normal tables that were available would be sufficient enough to fit a wheelchair underneath, but there were very few of the normal tables available. The floors were smooth and easy to glide over in a wheelchair. The restrooms were clearly marked as accessible, but were over by the bar which was pretty far from the seating area. There wasn’t a family restroom but they did have an accessible stall that was big enough to fit a power chair in and have plenty of room to navigate. There were two sinks and they were accessible enough to fit a power chair underneath. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything we needed. Overall, Chuy’s is moderately accessible and would be a great place to eat if you are looking for some great Tex Mex cuisine.
