I stayed in the Omni Nashville in April of 2014. The hotel had been open for just more than six months. The lobby and the restaurants on site are extremely easy to navigate. Very wide open spaces and the polished marble floors are easy to roll on. The staff is outstanding. They have a free shuttle that I was able to utilize that is a GMC Suburban. My chair fit nicely in the back. The staff took me to a few restaurants for free. The staff at the Omni Nashville is absolutely top notch. Wonderful people.
The room itself was a bit tight, but I remember the desk being easy to roll under. There were plenty of laptops within reach to plug in my laptop and cell phone. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.
I gave the bathroom a “2” however because while the roll-in shower was extraordinary, there was one major challenge. It didn’t drain at all. Each day after I showered I had an inch and a half of water escape from the bathroom and into the hallway of my room. I haven’t been back since, but if they can get the drain situation squared away, the hotel bathroom would score much, much higher.
I hope I have occasion to go back to Nashville soon. If I do, I’m definitely staying at the Omni Nashville.
